Inquiry under way into death of Gisborne forestry worker

Police and WorkSafe NZ have inquiries going to the death of a Gisborne man in a forestry accident in the Raupunga area south of Wairoa last Thursday.

He was 50 year-old Siosiua Saluni.

Such a tragic loss of life.

Much love and respect for the family and all those close to him.

May He Rest In Peace and be enduring in spirit.
